【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyof-standaloneelectricspinextractors-spinextractorsincorporatedinwashingmachinesthathaveseparatecontainersforwashingandspinextractionforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesthathaveacapacitynotexceeding10kgofdryclothandadrumperipheralspeednotexceeding50m/s,theirratedvoltagesbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasspinextractorsintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,onfarms,andforcommunaluseinblocksofflatsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyspinextractorsthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–-persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities,or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction,–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–spinextractorsintendedtobeusedinlaunderettes,–spinextractorsintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes,–spinextractorsintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
