【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtoevaluatethepropertyoflubricatinggreasestoprotectoscillatingbearingsfromfrettingwear.Thismethod,usedforspecificationpurposes,differentiatesamonggreasesallowinglow,medium,andhighamountsoffrettingwearundertheprescribedtestconditions.Thetesthasbeenusedtopredictthefrettingperformanceofgreasesinwheelbearingsofpassengercarsshippedlongdistances.5Testresultsdonotnecessarilycorrelatewithresultsfromothertypesofservice.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertodeterminewhethertestresultscorrelatewithothertypesofservice.1.1Thistestmethodevaluatesthefrettingwearprotectionprovidedbylubricatinggreases.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Otherunitsareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,See7.2,7.3,7.3.1,and9.2.
