【摘要】:ThispartofIEC317specifiesrequirementsoftapewrappedroundcopperwindingwireofclass240.Theinsulationconsistsofoneortwowrappingsofaromaticpolyimidetape.Class240isathermalclassthatrequiresatemperatureindexofatleast240,andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast260℃.NOTE-Insomecountries,e.g.Canada,Russia,USA,thisproductisassignedaclass220.Thetapeiscoatedononeorbothsideswithasuitableadhesive,forinstance,fluorinatedethylenepropylene.Afterwrapping,thetapeisheat-sealedtoformacontinuousandadherentsheath.Specificrequirementsmaybesubjecttocontract.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichthewireisrecommendedtobeusedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypesofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:1,600mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersaregivenintable1.Whenreferenceismadetowindingwireaccordingtothisstandard,thefollowinginformationshouldbegiven:-referencetoIEC60317-43;-diameteroftheconductor;-grade.Example:60317-43IEC2,000mmgradeA2
