【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspartsproducedfromironphosphorouspowdermetallurgymaterials.Thesepartsareusedinmagneticapplicationsrequiringhigherpermeabilityandelectricalresistivityandlowercoerciveforcethanattainableroutinelyfrompartsproducedfromironpowder.Twopowdertypesarecovered;TypeIcontainingnominally0.45%phosphorus,andTypeIIcontainingnominally0.8%phosphorus.ThisspecificationdealswithP/Mpartsinthesinteredorannealedcondition.Shouldthesinteredpartsbesubjectedtoanysecondaryoperationthatcausesmechanicalstrain,suchasmachiningorsizing,theyshouldbere-sinteredorannealed.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseperatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromtwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.
