【摘要】:Thisdocument,partofEN13130,specifiestwomethodsasfollows.MethodAisananalyticalprocedureforthedeterminationofthemonomers1,2-DHB,1,3-DHBand1,4-DHBinthefoodsimulantswater,3%w/vaqueousaceticacid,15%v/vaqueousethanolandoliveoil.Thelevelsofmonomerdeterminedareexpressedinmilligramsofmonomerperkilogramoffoodsimulant.Themethodisappropriateforthequantitativedeterminationof1,2-DHBand1,3-DHBataminimumlevelof0,15mg/kginfoodsimulantsand,of1,4-DHBataminimumlevelof0,10mg/kginfoodsimulants.MethodBisananalyticalprocedureforthedeterminationofDHBphenandDHBiphinthefoodsimulantswater,3%w/vaqueousaceticacid,15%v/vaqueousethanolandoliveoil.ThemethodisappropriateforthequantitativedeterminationofDHBphenorDHBiphatminimumlevelsof0,2mg/kgand0,25mg/kg,respectively,infoodsimulants.NOTEThemethodsshouldalsobeapplicabletootheraqueousfoodsimulantsaswellastotheotherfattyfoodsimulantse.g.sunfloweroil,cornoiloramixtureofsynthetictriglycerides.
