【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthestartingthreshold,delaydistance,andovershootratioofawindvanefromdirectmeasurementsinawindtunnel.Thistestmethodisapplicableonlytowindvaneshavingmeasurableovershoot.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesfordeterminationoftheperformanceofasystemconsistingofawindvaneanditsassociatedposition-to-outputtransducerinwindtunnelflow.Useofvaluesdeterminedbythistestmethodtodescribeperformanceinatmosphericflowofawinddirectionmeasuringsystemincorporatingthevanemustbedonewithanunderstandingofthedifferencesbetweenthetwosystemsandthetwoenvironments.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
