【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofcarbondioxide,methane,ethane,acetylene,andotherhydrocarbonsinhigh-purityethylene.Hydrogen,nitrogen,oxygen,andcarbonmonoxidearedeterminedinaccordancewithTestMethodD2504.Thepercentethyleneisobtainedbysubtractingthesumofthepercentagesofthehydrocarbonandnonhydrocarbonimpuritiesfrom100.Themethodisapplicableovertherangeofimpuritiesfrom1to500partspermillionvolume(ppmV).Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forsomespecifichazardstatements,seeSection6.Thevaluesstatedinacceptablemetricunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.
