【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofspecificcorelossandpeakpermeabilityofsinglelayersofsheet-typespecimenstestedwithnormalexcitationatafrequencyof50or60Hz.Note1-Thesetestmethodshavebeenappliedonlyatthecommercialpowerfrequencies,50and60Hz,butwithproperinstrumentationandapplicationoftheprinciplesoftestingandcalibrationembodiedinthetestmethods,theyarebelievedtobeadaptabletotestingatfrequenciesrangingfrom25to400Hz.Thesetestmethodsemploycalibrationproceduresthatprovidecorrelationwiththe25-cm[250-mm]Epsteintest.Therangeoftestinductionsisgovernedbythepropertiesofthetestspecimenandbytheavailableinstrumentsandotherequipmentcomponents.Normally,nonorientedelectricalsteelscanbetestedoverarangefrom8to16kG[0.8to1.6T]forcoreloss.Fororientedelectricalsteels,thenormalrangeextendsto18kG[1.8T].Maximuminductionsinpeakpermeabilitytestingarelimitedprincipallybyheatingofthemagnetizingwindingandtestsarelimitednormallytoamaximuma-cmagnetizingforceofabout150Oe[12000A/m].Thesetestmethodscovertwoalternativeproceduresasfollows:TestMethod1-Sections6to12TestMethod2-Sections13to19
