【摘要】:Thisisaspecificationtodefinetherequirementsoffireresistantfluidsforuseinturbinelubrication.Thisspecificationdefinesphosphateesterfluidswhichwillgivesatisfactorylubricationperformanceinaturbineengine.However,itispossiblethatphosphateestersthatdonotmeetthisspecificationmaygiveadequateperformanceinthefield.Fireresistantfluidsaremoredifficulttoigniteandshowlittletendencytopropagateaflame.Thetermx201C;fireresistantfluidx201D;doesnotmeanthatthefluidwillnotburn.Thenormalfluidoperatingtemperaturewillbeintherangeof54to65x00B0;Candwillexperienceamaximumtemperatureofabout93x00B0;Cduringflowacrosstheturbinebearingswhosehousingtemperaturemaybeashighas343x00B0;C.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforphosphateesterbasedfireresistantfluidsforuseinturbinelubrication.1.2Thespecificationdefinesonlyunusedfluidbeforeitisinstalledintheturbine.Itisnotintendedforfluidsusedinelectrohydrauliccontrol(EHC)systems.1.3Theuseofthistypeoffluidisrestrictedtoturbinesystemsthathavebeendesignedormodifiedtoaccommodatephosphateesterlubricants.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5ThefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytoSections5and5.3.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
