【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60534includesequationsforpredictingtheflowofcompressibleandincompressiblefluidsthroughcontrolvalves.TheequationsforincompressibleflowarebasedonstandardhydrodynamicequationsforNewtonianincompressiblefluids.Theyarenotintendedforusewhennon-Newtonianfluids,fluidmixtures,slurries,orliquid-solidconveyancesystemsareencountered.Atverylowratiosofpressuredifferentialtoabsoluteinletpressure(△p/p1),compressiblefluidsbehavesimilarlytoincompressiblefluids.Undersuchconditions,thesizingequationsforcompressibleflowcanbetracedtothestandardhydrodynamicequationsforNewtonianincompressiblefluids.However,increasingvaluesof△p/p1resultincompressibilityeffectswhichrequirethatthebasicequationsbemodifiedbyappropriatecorrectionfactors.Theequationsforcompressiblefluidsareforusewithgasorvapourandarenotintendedforusewithmultiphasestreamssuchasgas-liquid,vapour-liquidorgas-solidmixtures.Forcompressiblefluidapplications,thispartofIEC60534isvalidforvalveswithxT≤0,84(seetable2).ForvalveswithxT>0,84(e.g.somemultistagevalves),greaterinaccuracyofflowpredictioncanbeexpected.ReasonableaccuracycanonlybemaintainedforcontrolvalvesifKv/d<0,04(Cv/d<0,047).
