【摘要】:Scratchesexistonalltransparentplasticsurfaces.Usuallytheyareveryfinescratchesfromcleaningoperationsthatarenotvisiblewhenlookingthroughtheplastic.Deeperscratchesmayresultfromcarelesscleaningorhandling.Whilethesemaynotbedeepenoughtoaffectthestructuralintegrityofthepart,theirappearanceincertainlocationsmaybedistractingtotheobserverlookingthroughtheplastic.Therefore,aproceduretodefinethesescratchesisuseful.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthevisualinspectionofshalloworsuperficialscratchesonthesurfaceofaerospacetransparentplasticmaterials.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
