【摘要】:ThispartofISO3070specifies,withreferencetoISO230-1,ISO230-2andISO230-7,geometrictests,machiningtests,spindletestsandtestsforcheckingtheaccuracyandrepeatabilityofpositioningbynumericalcontrolofgeneralpurpose,normalaccuracy,horizontalspindleboringandmillingmachineshavingamovablecolumnandmovabletable.Thispartof3070alsospecifiestheapplicabletolerancescorrespondingtothesetests.Thistypeofmachinecanbeprovidedwithspindleheadsofdifferenttypes,suchasthosewithslidingboringspindleandmillingspindle,slidingboringspindleandfacinghead,orramormillingram.ThispartofISO3070concernsmachineshavingmovementofthecolumnorcolumnsaddleonthebed(Xaxis),verticalmovementofthespindlehead(Yaxis),movementoftheboringspindleorram(Zaxis)and,possibly,afeedmovementofradialfacingslideinthefacinghead(Uaxis).Somemachinesalsohaveanintermediatesaddlewithslidewaysbetweencolumnandbedtoachieveadditionalmovementofthecolumnparalleltothespindleaxis(Waxis).NOTEInISO3070-1spindlerammovementisdesignatedastheWaxis.ThispartofISO3070dealsonlywiththeverificationoftheaccuracyofthemachine.Itdoesnotapplytotheoperationaltestingofthemachine(e.g.vibration,abnormalnoise,stick-slipmotionofcomponents)nortomachinecharacteristics(e.g.speeds,feeds),assuchchecksaregenerallycarriedoutbeforetestingtheaccuracy.
