【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause5whichcanariseduringtheoperationandthemaintenanceofsideloadedrefusecollectionvehicles(sideloadedRCVs)usedforthecollection,transportationandunloadingofsolidwastesandasintendedbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswith:-sideloadedrefusecollectionvehiclesasdefinedinClauses3and4;-liftingdevicesforsideloadedrefusecollectionvehicles.ExamplesforbasictypesofsideloadedrefusecollectionvehiclesaregiveninAnnexB.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:-designandequipmentofthechassis,consideredasmeetingallroadtrafficrequirements;-operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:temperaturesbelow–10°Candabove+40°C,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment);-operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,contaminatingenvironments);-staticelectricityproblems;-transportationofpassengers,liftingofpersons;-loadingbycrane;-loadingbyasatellitevehicle;-containersotherthanthosemanufacturedaccordingtoEN840,EN12574andEN13071;-handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.hotwastes,acidsandbases,radioactivematerials,especiallyfragileloads,explosives);-hazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioning,decommissioning;-hazardsoccurringinrelationtotrafficonpublicroads;-windvelocityinexcessof75km/h;-directcontactwithfoodstuffs;-hazardsduetothenoiseofthesideloadedRCV.
