【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifieshowaweldingprocedurespecificationforelectronorlaserbeamweldingisqualifiedbyaweldingproceduretest.Thisstandardisapartofaseriesofstandards,detailsofthisseriesaregiveninprENISO15607,annexA.Itdefinestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingprocedurequalificationtestsandthelimitsofvalidityofaqualifiedweldingprocedureforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinclause8.Testsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththisstandardtogetherwithadditionaltestswhenspecified.Thisstandardappliestometallicmaterials,irrespectiveoftheshapeoftheparts,theirthicknesses,manufacturingmethod(rolling,forging,casting,sintering,etc.)andtheirheattreatment.Itcoversunlimitedlytheproductionofnewpartsandrepairwork.
