【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheenvironment-assistedcrackingthresholdstressintensityfactorparameters,KIEACandKEAC,formetallicmaterialsfromconstant-loadtestingoffatigueprecrackedbeamorcompactfracturespecimens.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletoenvironment-assistedcrackinginaqueousorotheraggressiveenvironments.1.3Materialsthatcanbetestedbythistestmethodarenotlimitedbythicknessorbystrengthaslongasspecimensareofsufficientthicknessandplanarsizetomeetthesizerequirementsofthistestmethod.1.4Arangeofspecimensizeswithproportionalplanardimensionsisprovided,butsizemaybevariableandadjustedforyieldstrengthandappliedload.Specimenthicknessisavariableindependentofplanarsize.1.5Specimenconfigurationsotherthanthosecontainedinthistestmethodmaybeused,providedthatwell-establishedstressintensitycalibrationsareavailableandthatspecimendimensionsareofsufficientsizetomeetthesizerequirementsofthistestmethodduringtesting.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
