【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofconveyorbroilers.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectaconveyorbroilerandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogas,electric,andhybridgas/electricconveyorbroilers.Theconveyorbroilercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrate(see10.2),Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(see),Idleenergyrateandtemperatureuniformity(see10.4),Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable)(see10.5),andCookingenergyefficiency,cookinguniformityandproductioncapacity(see10.8and10.9).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
