【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC10373definestestmethodsforcharacteristicsofintegratedcircuit(s)cardswithcontactsandrelatedinterfacedevicesaccordingtothedefinitiongiveninISO/IEC7816.Eachtestmethodiscross-referencedtooneormorebasestandards,whichmaybeISO/IEC7810oroneormoreofthesupplementarystandardsthatdefinetheinformationstoragetechnologiesemployedinidentificationcardapplications.NOTE1CriteriaforacceptabilitydonotformpartofthisInternationalStandardbutwillbefoundintheInternationalStandardsmentionadabove.ThispartofISO/IEC10373dealswithtestmethods,whicharespecifictointegratedcircuittechnologywithcontactsISO/IEC10373-1dealswithtestmethodswhicharecommontooneormorecardtechnologiesandotherpartsdealwithothertechnology-specifictests.TestmethodsdescribedinthispartofISO/IEC10373areintendedtobeperformedseparatelyandindependently.Agivencardisnotrequiredtopassthroughallthetestssequentially.ThetestmethodsdescribedinthispartofISO/IEC10373arebasedonspecificationsdefinedortobedefinedinISO/IEC7816.ConformanceofICCsandIFDsdeterminedusingthetestmethodsdefinedinthispartofISO/IEC10373donotprecludefailuresinthefield.ReliabilitytestingisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO/IEC10373.
