【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsiliconintherangefrom200to500ppminenginecoolantconcentratesbyatomicabsorption.Thismethodisasaccurateandpreciseasphotometricmethods,whilerequiringconsiderablylessoperatortimeandavoidingproblemswithreagentinstability.Coolantswithsiliconcontentoutsideofthisrangemaybeanalyzedbythismethodbysuitablyadjustingthesamplesize.Careshouldbetakentoensurethattheglycolcontentoftheworkingstandardscorrespondstothatofthesamplesolutionbeinganalyzed.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
