【摘要】:EN60601-1:1990,Clause1applieswiththefollowingamendment.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesparticularrequirementsformoduleswhich,althoughconsideredasindividualdevicesintheirownright,maybeutilized,inconjunctionwithotherrelevantdevices,toformananaestheticworkstationtoagivenspecification.ItistheintentofthisEuropeanStandardthatbothanaestheticworkstationssuppliedcompleteandindividualmodulesbecommerciallyavailabletouserstoallowtheconfigurationofananaestheticworkstationtomeettheneedsoftheirclinicalpractice.Tothisend,thisEuropeanStandardhasbeenstructuredinsuchawayastoidentifyclearlyparticularrequirementsofspecificmodulescurrentlyavailable.DifferentconfigurationsofanaestheticworkstationsareillustratedinTable101.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiestheparticularrequirementsforemergencyanaestheticequipment(seeTable102).ForthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardamoduleisdefinedasaself-containedunitofananaestheticworkstationthatperformsaspecifictaskorclassoftasksinsupportofthemajorfunctionoftheanaestheticworkstation.Suchmodulesaree.g.anaestheticgasdelivery,anaestheticvapourdelivery,anaestheticventilators,anaestheticbreathingsystems,anaestheticgasscavengingsystems(AGSS),specificmonitoring,alarmandprotectionmodules.ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesparticularrequirementsforthetransferandreceivingsystemofanactiveAGSSintendedtoreducetheexposureofhospitalpersonneltoanaestheticgasesandvapourandspecifiestheinletflowconditionsforwhichsystemsshouldbedesigned.AlthoughthisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifytheprovisionofpatientmonitors,attentionisdrawntorecommendationsforpatientmonitoringduringanaesthesiamadebymanynationalclinicalandregulatorybodies.Manufacturersofanaestheticworkstationsareencouragedtomakeprovisionforadditionalmonitorsaswellasfordevicesfortheintravenousadministrationofdrugs(seeAnnexSS"Bibliography"forappropriateequipmentstandards)sothattheusercanassimilatemoreeasilythedataoutputandsothatthealarmfunctionofthevariousmonitorscanbeintegrated.
