【摘要】:ThispartofISO15788specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofstigmastadienesinvirginvegetableoilscontaininglowconcentrationsofthesehydrocarbons,particularlyinvirginoliveoil.Thismethodisapplicabletoallvegetableoilsalthoughmeasurementsarereliableonlywherethecontentofthesehydrocarbonsliesbetween0.01mg/kgand4.0mg/kg.Themethodissuitedtodetectingthepresenceofrefinedvegetableoils(olive,olivepomace,sunflower,palm,etc.)invirginoliveoils,sincerefinedoilscontainstigmastadienesandcold-extractedoilsdonot.
